Day 01:

Lahual & Spiti remote Himalayan valley of Himachal Pradesh, lying on the Tibet border. Strange, exciting primitive these valleys are unsurpassed in mountain shape, in the rugged beauty of their rocky escapement & the splendor of their snow covered peaks. Lahual is marked a central mass of almost uniformly high mountains & massive glaciers. The two rivers, Chandra & Bhaga which rise on either side of Baralac hala flow through the Chandra & Bhaga narrow valleys. Lahaul is also basemating area of Buddhist culture. The monastenes of Lahaul-Spiti are rich repositries of ancient murals, thankas,wood carving & golden images of Padmasambhava.

Day 01:Delhi-Amritsar (446 kms)

Leave by train/coach & arrive Amritsar at the lunch time. Meeting & you will be transfer to the hotel. Afternoon visit to Golden Temple & Wagha border to see the sunset flage ceremony. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

Day 02:Amritsar-Dharamshala (275 kms)

Six to seven hours drive will take us to Dharamshala & arrive at the noon. Afternoon visit Dalai Lama monastery & the market of Mecloed Ganj. Dinner & overnight at hotel.

Day 03:Dharmshala-Shimla (293 kms.)

Full day drive will take to shimla & arrive in the evening. Dinner & overnight at hotel.

Day 04:Shimla

Day to visit mall road museum & kulri & time in connection with formalities for inner line permission. Dinner & overnight at hotel.

Day 05:Shimla-Sarahan (183 kms.)

This is our first day for the adventure & full day drive via Narkanda & Rampur finnaly we reach Sarahan which commands a view of Srikhan Mahadev peak. A mixture of Hindus & Buddhist architecture & you may visit ancient temple of Bhimakali. Dinner & overnight at hotel/tents

Day 06:Sarahan-Sangla (55 kms.)

The Baspa valley is the prettist valley in Himachal drive via Karchhan 32 kms.& Sangla built on a slope with the houses using one above the other with gigantic Kinnar Kailash peak dominating the scene. Dinner & overnight in tents

Day 07:Sangla-Kalpa (51 kms.)

Drive from Sangla to Kalpa 2759 mtrs. Which is the district headquater of favorite haunt of lord Dalhousie. In front of is an impressive view of Raldang kailash massif across the Sutlej river. Dinner & overnight in tents

Day 08:Kalpa-Tabu (145 kms.)

Drive to Yangthang which is 86 kms & drive from Sumdo. The ancient village Tabu (3070 mtrs.) situated on the left bank of river spiti. It is the seat of the most famous Buddhist monastery regarded next to the Tholong Gompa in Tibet. The monestery contains large of sciptures pieces of art, wall paintaing & stucco. It is also known as the Ajanta of Himalayas. Dinner & overnight in tents

Day 09:Tabu-Kaza (47 kms.)

Leave Tabu after & half hour drive reach Dankar visit the Gompa & continue drive to Kaza situated at 3600 mtrs. At the foot of steep ridges & on the left bank of river spiti is the KI monastery which is the biggest monastery in spiti & is located between Kibber & Kaza, hundreds of Lama receive their religious training in the monastery &is famous for its Murals & Books. Afternoon visit the monastery of KI & Kibber. Dinner & overnight in tents

Day 10:Kaza-Keylong (187 kms.)

Drive from Kaza to Kunzumla pass 76 kms. Which is (4590 mtrs.) highest pass on spiti Lahaul road & drive to Khoksar another 45 kms. Drive will take us to Keylong & visit the town. Dinner & overnight in tents

Day 11:Keylong-Sarchu (116 kms.)

From three day we drive on Leh route & the road winds through extensive fields & long rivers of Bhaga on the way we stop at passport check Dancha the base point for many different trekking routes. Continue drive to Baralacha pass 1883 mtrs. There is a lake known as Surajtal & it is worth to stop here for pictures. Finally we Sarchu which is the boundary line between Himachal and Jammu & Kashmir state. Tonight our camp will be at the altitude of 4200 mtrs. And it will be the coldest night during the whole tour. Dinnere & overnight in tents

Day 12: Sarchu-Leh (255 kms.)

Leave early morning drive through Lachungla pass 5065 mtrs.rugged in the middle of mountains. At lunch time we stop at Pang. From here there are chances to see tiny colonies of Marmots on the Morea plains a streate of 45 kms. Finally we reach the second highest road Thangla pass 5350 mtrs. Finally we reach Leh in the evening. Dinner at overnight stay at hotel

Day 13:Leh

Morning at lersure. Afternoon excursion to spituk, Phyang & Shanker Gompa. Dinner & overnight at hotel

Day 14: Leh

Full day tour to Shey, Thiksey & Hemis monastery. It is interesting to start morning to see the praying ceremony at Thiksey. Return to the hotel in the evening. Dinner & overnight at hotel

Day 15: Leh

Morning half day tour to Stok palace/museum on the way visit Tibetian refugese cam at Choglamsar. Afternoon visit by foot to King. Palace & tsemo Gompa which commands the view of Leh. Dinner & overnight at hotel

Day 16: Leh

Today is the last day of our tour one may visit to Srinagar by road/flight or fly back to Delhi

Day 01: Delhi / Leh

Meeting assistance on arrival & transfer to hotel. Full day for acclimatization which is 3500 mtrs. Above the sea level. In the in the evening short walk around the Leh bazaar. Dinner & overnight at hotel.

Day 02:Leh-Monesteries

Day excursion to the famous monasteries, it is interesting to visit early in the morning to enjoying the praying ceremony at Thiksey monastery. Continue drive to Hemis monastery which is one of the famous monastery of the Ladakh region. On the way back visit to Shey palace. Dinner & overnight at hotel.

Day 03:Leh-Alchi-Uletokpo (75 kms.)

Leave for Uletokpo camping which is one of themost beautiful camping in the Ladakh region on the way visit Spituk monastery which is just 5 kms. from Leh town.continue drive to Alchi monastery is the only monastery in the Ladakh on the flat ground. By the lunch time we will reach to the Uletokpo. Evening enjoy to sit on the bank of the rivercoming down from the Ridzong side. Dinner & overnight at camp.

Day 04:Uletokpo-Lamayuru-Leh (180 kms.)

Leave Uletokpo for Leh by surface, enroute visit Lamayuri & Khaltsi. From here another 22 kms. drive wll take you to Lamayuru. The oldest & spectacularly set Lamayuru monastery founded in the 10th century. Visit the monastery . In the late afternoon drive back to Leh which will take about 4/5 hours drive, on the way back we stop at magnetic hill. Dinner & overnight at hotel.

Day 05:Leh-Khardongla pass-Leh (85 kms.)

After breakfast full day excursion to Khardongla pass which is the highest motorable pass in the world 5600 mtrs. and has been recorded in the Gunnies book of world records. At the top enjoy the nature beauty of snow capped mountain. In the evening back to the hotel. Dinner & overnight at hotel

Day 06:Leh-Pangong lake-leh (290 kms.)

Leave early morning 5 A.M to Pangong lake through Changla pass 5486 mtrs. while asending Changla pass enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the villages below the pass. After crossing the pass halt for picnic lunch at Tsoltak, the summer pasture land of the Yaks. Arrive Durbuk & from there a drive takes you to the western shore of the lake. Enjoy the landscape in the back drop of the lake. The famous blue blackish lake of Pangong is 5/6 kms. wide & over 144 kms. long with half of its running the other side of the “Indo China Border”.One rarely feels so close to the nature & environment & the scenery is unforgettable. In the late afternoon drive back to Leh. Dinner & overnight at hotel

Day 07:Leh-Delhi

Transfer in time to the airport to connect onwards destination flight.
